My name is Lizandra Leigertwood and I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
I am primarily based in Hertfordshire, St Albans and Watford and am easily accessible from nearby areas such as Harrow, Finchley, Barnet and North London.
I work with individuals over the age of eighteen and couples for short-term counselling or longer-term psychotherapy.

I have a particular interest in women’s issues, trauma and relational difficulties.
I am an integrative relational therapist, which means I am able to draw from several theoretical perspectives according to what might work best for you.
I am available for face-to-face sessions, I am also able to offer therapy sessions online. I would recommend face-to-face sessions as the best way to get the most out of your therapeutic experience – however if your personal circumstances prevent you from attending sessions in person this provides a very good alternative.

Sometimes we find ourselves stuck in the same or similar situations - perhaps you are feeling unsatisfied in your relationships – feeling used, unheard or just misunderstood.
