My name is Lizandra Leigertwood and I am an experienced fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.

I help people to improve their relationships, whether that's the relationship that you have with yourself, or the relationships that you have with others.

My counselling practice is based in Hertfordshire, St Albans and easily accessible from nearby areas such as Watford, Potters Bar, Kings Langley, Harrow, Finchley, Barnet and North London.

I work with individuals over the age of eighteen and couples for short-term counselling or longer-term psychotherapy.

Experts believe you have between 60,000 - 80,000 thoughts in a day so there’s bound to be plenty of negative thoughts in there too. ⠀
When the thoughts become disproportionate and outweigh balanced thinking on a regular basis is the time to consider getting additional help. ⠀
