My name is Lizandra Leigertwood and I am an experienced fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist.
I help people to improve their relationships, whether that's the relationship that you have with yourself, or the relationships that you have with others.
My counselling practice is based in Hertfordshire, St Albans and easily accessible from nearby areas such as Watford, Potters Bar, Kings Langley, Harrow, Finchley, Barnet and North London.
I work with individuals over the age of eighteen and couples for short-term counselling or longer-term psychotherapy.

What is Counselling and Psychotherapy?
