Sessions typically last for 50 minutes. It can be helpful to commit to the same time and day every week, although I am aware other commitments might make this difficult and will try to offer flexibility where possible.
It depends. I have experience working short term or longer term. I normally recommend around six sessions to begin with but the decision is ultimately yours. It is possible to do very focused work within three to four sessions if that is something you require.
